YoLanda Bethea

As CEO of Bethea and Associates, LLC., YoLanda Bethea aligns Bethea and Associates, LLC. with the strategic objectives of her clients in order to contribute to their success. YoLanda has over 20 years of Information Technology experience and provides Professional Services in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Executive Consulting, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Business Assessment, Strategic Outsourcing, and Account Management.

Established in DeKalb County in 2001, Bethea and Associates, LLC is an Information Technology Consulting Firm with clients in various sectors including Government, Multimedia/Cable, Entertainment, Hospitality and Technology.

YoLanda received a B.S. Degree in Psychology from South Carolina State University with a Minor in Criminal Justice. She successfully completed the City of Atlanta’s Watershed Management Small Business Development Program. She is a Board Member of the Non-Profit Youth Vibe, Inc., which provides Free Academic Enrichment in Math, Science and Reading at DeKalb Transition Academy and other local High Schools. Some other affiliations are Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), Women In Technology (WIT), National Association for Multi-Ethnicity In Communications (NAMIC), and National Association of Record Industry Professionals (NARIP). She has assisted in the delivery of a major MTV series as well as the delivery of a major R&B musical video.

As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., YoLanda is the Co-Founder of the Unified Solutions-Oriented (USO) Youth Foundation. She has designed programs that highlight and cultivate each child’s Possibilities as opposed to their Circumstances.

YoLanda recently established Bethea Digital Entertainment, LLC. as a vehicle to provide Management Consulting Services within the Entertainment Industry. YoLanda is a member of the National Association of Record Industry Professionals (NARIP). She has assisted in the delivery of a major MTV series as well as the delivery of a major R&B musical video.
